Welcome to the Hold the Toast! Basic Low Carb Diet Support List!
To break the ice and get things rolling, please post to the list right away, letting everyone know what screen name you'll be using, which particular program you're following, and how long you've been low carb. If you're willing, you might also post how much you've lost, and what your starting and goal weights are.
Just to repeat a few ground rules:
* This is a private list. Do not forward any post made to this list to anyone else without the specific permission of the person/persons who originally posted it!
* This is a support group. Please be gentle with each other's feelings.
* We do not monitor these lists - we simply do not have the time. However, if we get repeated complaints about any poster, we reserve the right to boot list members for any reason we see fit.
* Please try to stay on topic! Yes, we understand about thread drift, but please don't post completely off topic stuff, like what movies you've seen lately, or the details of your vacation. (Unless, of course, you're posting about what snacks you've been eating at the movies, or what great low carb meals you ate on your vacation.)
* Don't post copyrighted material!
